Seaside Stuff

Chair w elephantjpeg.jpeg

It's a fold-up beach chair!

Here's everything in this batch. I made the Fish Cart from a kit (O/A 1980). It has fishes, ice and a crab  in it.                                               I made the cat on top of the roof looking down into the cart (Skulpy clay).

She sells the catch-of-the-day from the cart she painted.

Come on...you gotta love the hula skirt and bra, the brandy snifter filled with tiny shells, the hammock, and the chicken. There are other chickens throughout the grouping. They are true collectors' items.

Beach shoes and a tamborine...really?

Another travel trunk by B. Blankenfeld (a collector's dream) and do you see the pegleg?!

YOU CAN GO INSIDE HER SHOP

I especially like the two painted lead ships in the middle. Look at the commemorative plate! It says, 'Nutshell News'   Pacific Princess - sent to us after mother went on the cruise after our store closed. I painted the name of the store but the ships on the front and sides are from decals...
