This time I’m featuring a collector’s item from the late 1970’s. It is a red bed signed by Judee Williamson. It is gorgeous. The lace, embroidered scallops on the bedspread, trimming, pillows, bed-skirt…well, it’s a one-of-a-kind vintage treasure. The bed is not in perfect condition, but it could be cleaned and mended easily. As for the travel trunk, true collectors of vintage minis will know who B. Blankenfeld was, and how rare and precious her creations are. If you wanted to resell items from this batch, you could probably get up to $400 for the bed and at least $200 for the trunk. I don’t know who made the bathing lady. She is obviously a one-of-a-kind, hand-made doll. So, this is a good deal when you look at what else is included in this grouping.
